Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your new Moleskine notebook or accessory isn't quite right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
